I can see the page title and description on my page header and I need another phrase written there – is there a way to adjust the header title without changing the page title?
Can you please be more specific? Do you want another page description other than the one present in page settings? You can use Custom Headings to add additional titles. Just place the element first, right after page header and before the other content elements.
Let us know.
Sorry for being unclear. I am looking for a way to change the title which is displayed at the center of the header to something other than the title of that page. Is that possible?
Sorry but that is not possible.
I can suggest an alternative way, by removing the page header and add custom title headings element at the beginning of content. So they can serve as page title and you are free to edit it out to your wish.
This looks good on white background but I’d like the image to cover the menu section and show as a background for logo.
I think I’ll just rename the page to whatever I want to see in the header and change the shown title via SEO plugin.
The header background in the sample page i send you is indeed transparent. And the main image is shown under menu bar.
However, you can use the method you think is best for you.
Aah thanks for explaining – I didn’t realise that! Will have to experiment with this some more.
