Hi, I’m using a plugin which I use on several other themes along with WooCommerce, which shows a ‘Buy at Amazon’ button in a Product’s detail page. The button does nothing when used in the Onero theme but when I use it in Composer, Billio, or a standard WP theme, the button does work. I can see the button’s code is present when I use a browser web-page inspector tool in Chrome (and Firebug in Firefox).
I’m finding so many bugs in Onero that I don’t plan on using again for any projects, it takes too much time to fix problems. Your support is good, but it still takes a lot of time trying workarounds before I give up and yet again have to write a support ticket.1 week, 5 days ago RachelKeymaster

Please can you check now purchase button.
The errors you see are generated by the new version of Revolution Slider.
We are sorry for the delay but we are working on updates to fix rev slider issues in this time also there is a part of the staff on holidays.
Thank You, have a nice day 🙂1 week, 2 days ago kevinstylusParticipant
Hi, thanks for the support while you’re short of staff.
The button isn’t working, it’s the one on this page https://solstice.academy/product/book-two/ (and the other book’s page).
I removed Rev Slider and tested again but it still didn’t work, so Rev Slider isn’t the problem – its the Theme’s use of .js.
Unfortunately, to add to my frustration, when i removed and restored Rev slider all its formatting was lost and I had to rebuild the slider. What was your reason for saying Revslider was the problem? Is it a problem on other sites?1 week, 2 days ago RachelKeymaster
The button doesn’t work only on product’s page. It works fine on shop page and at related products. I tested it on my local website and the button on product’s page works fine (so theme isn’t the problem).
Woocommerce Cart plugin is causing the issue. Please try disabling it.

Hi, which WooCommerce cart plugin do you mean? Is it one of the payment gateways or WooCommerce itself? I can’t remove WooCommerce, it’s essential for the shop to display any pages.
I’ll set up a new site with same plugins but different theme. I can’t risk swapping themes temporarily on this site, too much re-building is required when i reactivate Onereo after it’s been deactivated.
