What Ftp site are you using?
Yes, now i was able to access the files. I see you have a very old version of theme, Visual Composer and WooCommerce. Also there are third party plugins that also can affect theme scripts. Please follow the steps below before we proceed with further testing:
1-Deactivate all third party plugins;
2-Update theme; Download the latest theme copy from your Envato account and replace the current theme files in wp-content/themes folder.
3-Delete the current WP Bakery plugin copy; Next go to wordpress dashboard and install it again from the message in the dashboard. The latest version of the plugin will get installed.
4-Update Woocommerce plugin from the Plugins menu;
Let me know after you have taken these steps, so we can keep up with this.
The Visual Composer is included in theme. You do not have to buy it! Please go to your dashboard and see for this message in it: https://postimg.org/image/510t8grzp/
This is for the required plugins and every single of them is already included in theme package. Just go on with installing from the dashboard message and then activate again from the Plugins menu.

Ok, I got it installed. However, my site is completely screwed up!!!! IDK what is going on but it is out of hand at this point. This is one of my most profitable weeks of the month and my site is down. I have already lost 2 sales that I know of today alone!
Can you please just go in and fix this, I have given you access to my Cpanel and the back-end of my site. I can’t keep doing the back and forth with these messages and then trying to figure stuff.
I asked for a refund on this theme months ago and you refused to give me one however, I’m still have issues and I don’t think it has even functioned at a level of satisfaction for me and now I’m loosing money.2 months, 3 weeks ago MirelaKeymaster
I see none of them is updated. Theme is still old version 1.2.1 and Visual Composer version 5.1.1 (screenshot). The shortcodes you saw in the site, are due to the Visual Composer being deactivated.
Normally every program in the web gets developed and needs updates to keep up with the latest technologies. You need to keep your site updated all the time in order to not face such issues in the future. What ever theme you use, if you do not update, you will have issues!
I am importing the latest theme version, but i will rename it so you have both versions installed. The site is ok right now, so you can chose the right time to switch to the new version.
What to do:
1-Delete the current Visual Composer with all it’s files;
2-Activate the new theme version in Appearance > Themes. It’s named The Simple 1.4 (screenshot);
3-Install Visual Composer plugin again from the dashboard message. See screenshots:
