Dears, good morning,
We’ve been trying to install the WordPress template for over a month, but we’re not getting it.
We have already changed some versions of PHP, we have updated the template, it has increased the capacity to 512 of the hosting and we can not, it always gives some kind of error.
In conversation with Locaweb, the company that was contracted to make the hosting of the site, they have already increased capacity, tried to help me, but it does not work, they inform that something is missing in the template or it is a mistake in the system itself, they as hosting have nothing more to do.
I ask your help to definitively identify what is happening, otherwise we will ask for our money back, because we are wasting a lot of time, we urgently put our new website on the air and we do not know what to do and who to turn to.
If it is not an error in the template, then please let us know where the problem is.
We are waiting for you.
The problem is in the name of the zip file. The file you are importing is not the correct one. You need to first unzip it. These folders will be inside it:
Import the “the-simple.zip” file from it and install into your wordpress.
Let us know.
We did this as requested by uploading only “the-simple” zip file. But still giving installation error, the following message is “Are you sure you want to do this?” and a link to return to the admin area.
Looking at your print, our folder has only these files, we downloaded them all by “theme forest”. But the process we did was to unpack the download we made for theme forest and we only compressed the folder “the-simple” zip file.
This is the error that wordpress identifies
Zip is the correct format. I assume you may have made a mistake compressing it. Please send us your wp credentials in a private reply. We can install it for you.
Best regards! This reply has been marked as private.
I installed and imported the default demo in your site. The images are not imported as it would increase a lot the demo data bandwidth and may result in incomplete import. I already added some of the demo images. You can download the rest from the online site, or just import your own licensed images (for posts, pages, clients).
Let us know if you need further help.
