wp-includesis one of WordPress core folders, together with
wp-admin. The folder
includesis inside the theme folder. The exact path is: wp-content/themes/the-simple/includes/core/simple_elements.php
You can access it using a ftp account, but also directly from WordPress dashboard. Go to Appearance > Theme Editor. See screenshot:https://ibb.co/9ghBFbX

I only just now got around to following your instructions and re-added the FAQ element. But this is not the same thing at all. this is not the FAQ that is shown in your demo and was supposed to be included with the template. this is basically just another accordion. In fact it’s worse than the accordion element because it only holds one question and answer. I have the same exact problems with it that I do if using an accordion, which I repeat now from my post from 2 weeks ago…
“Accordions are insufficient, they do not have the same capability to be sorted by category tabs and therefore are much harder to find your question and answer with a much longer list to look through.
Also edits and additions to the FAQs must be done on the FAQ page itself rather than as a custom post type separately, meaning that if I allow others to add questions and answers they are always in danger of breaking the page by accidentally doing something wrong, where this danger doesn’t exist when they simply create a FAQ post separately.
Is it wpbakery themselves that no longer supports this elements, because it’s still is mentioned on their website. If I subscribe and update to the latest wpbakery would it be fixed? Or is this just never going to work again.”5 months, 3 weeks ago RachelKeymaster
Our element FAQ is deprecated (it was too old and doesn’t work anymore with the latest versions of WPBakery), we are using WPBakery’s FAQ element instead. Please follow Mirela’s instructions to comment out the mentions line te file ‘simple_elements.php’ or you can show us your site credentials so we can do it for you.
Also, I can create an example FAQ element on your site if you want.
We are sorry for any inconvenience.
