So when I have been doing the installation process I have been doing all the requested things necessary. I select the theme I want but at the end, it doesn’t select it and it just goes to a demo. I need a fix as soon as possible.

Sorry for the late reply.
I imported the demo you requested. But i am having problems uploading and activating the Revolution slider plugin. See the error generated when i try to upload the zip file: https://postimg.cc/image/ti0iu6vc7/
Please contact your host provider and make sure to have all necessary access rights on wordpress files and folders.
You can then proceed in adding the Revolution slider of the demo. Let me know if you need further help.

I have no clue how to do it and on my hosting godaddy seems to have no issues.3 weeks, 5 days ago MirelaKeymaster
Did you contact your host provider? Please check with them that you have the right to upload files? This is server related so we can’t do much about it.
Let us know.

Hey so I contacted GoDaddy through support and they said I have full permission. Since this is on your end can I kindly have a refund.3 weeks, 2 days ago MirelaKeymaster
Sorry but this is not a theme related issue! As the error message says: “Internal Server Error”. https://postimg.cc/image/ti0iu6vc7/
You are not able to upload a plugin and this has nothing to do with theme. I suggest you show this screenshot to your host provider so they can have more information.
Or just upload the plugin directly into wp-content/plugins folder in your wordpress installation.
After this, you will see it listed in the Plugins menu in wordpress dashboard. Just activate it and that’s it.

What plugin do I manually upload?3 weeks, 1 day ago DanielA CreaitveParticipant
I contacted GoDaddy and they walked me through it! It should work. Also I need you to install the theme again. Can it be the demo so I can like choose what I want on each page or no?3 weeks, 1 day ago MirelaKeymaster
1-You only need to upload the Revolution slider plugin. Unzip the zip file and upload the folder created directly to wp-content/plugins.
I can do this for you, if you send us some ftp credentials.
2-Theme is only installed once. Then you can import (change) the demo you want to use, every time you want. Just keep in mind that every time you import a new demo, the old settings will be overwritten to fit the new demo styles and settings.
