Please see the attached screenshots. Sometimes without warning, the header is complete mangled. It’s happened probably a dozen times. I was hoping it was just on my browser, but I just sent the site to a colleague, and it came up the same way on his.
It’s happening on all browsers. I will reply with a screenshot and login credentials.
This is an urgent issue, as I need to deliver the site within the next 24 hours. Thanks for your help.
Sorry for the late reply.
I see you have installed too many third party plugins. Even if most of them are inactive now, when you install and first activate a plugin, some extra code is attached and run to wordpress. It could happen that some scripts form these plugins, change script of theme or affect other functionalities.
We have tested theme in other browsers as well (Envato team too) and this is a situation not present on our side.
So as first step, please deactivate all third party plugins. ->Update theme to a newly downloaded version (so that we exclude the possibility of any script being corrupted) and try again. (*save a copy of current theme files in case you have made direct changes to it’s files*)
Last, activate only the third party plugins you intend to use.
PS: Plugins as useful as they are, having too many can slow down the site. We suggest you filter them out and only keep the necessary.
Let me know.
I enabled the plugins include din theme and necessary for the theme to function properly. I checked in all three major browsers and the site is showing up well. See screenshots for IE and Firefox: https://postimg.cc/gallery/14zklreyg/
Can you please clear cache and try again?
Let me know.
